Lorin Cox and James-Juneau bring home state titles

CHENEY — North Beach’s Lorin Cox is coming home from the state 2B track championship at Eastern Washington University in Cheney with a state title in the 100 meter dash, running a 12.91 in the final on Saturday.

Cox was third in the 200 meter, and the relay team of Kaytlynn Corey, Cox, Skye Bartell and Isabella Faris was eighth with a time of 53.62.

JauVon James-Juneau of Taholah brought home a state title in the javelin with a toss on Friday of 176-03.
