Thousands of visitors flocked to the beach and the annual Sand & Sawdust Festival in Ocean Shores this past weekend, with record temperatures for all three days of the annual event.

While there were fewer sand sculpting teams competing on the beach off the Chance a la Mer approach (only Form Finders and Port Sandia returned in the team competition), the event still packed the beach on Saturday.
