NCN911: Hit-and-run pole crash knocks out power

Power was knocked out to a large portion of Pacific Beach, Seabrook, and the Naval facility last Wednesday and early Thursday, with the cause being a hit and run car crash into a power pole.

The pole was at the intersection of Main and 4th Street in Pacific Beach.Grays Harbor PUD crews responded and had to de-nergize an estimated 950 customers around the area for several hours as crews replaced the damaged pole. Power was restored early Thursday morning.
