Ocean Shores/North Beach gets lucky

During the big storm this week, coastal Oregon had winds in the 100 mph range. Seattle and Olympia: huge snow, ice, extended power outages. Even today, trees are falling and blocking major roads in neighboring counties. Compare Ocean Shores/North Beach, relatively minor outages, no major incidents.

Seems like we were the “sweet spot,” this week.
