Seattle weather conspiracy?

Have you heard the one about the Seattle weather forecasters always saying it’s going to be lousy at the beach on holiday weekends, to keep “shoppers” in the city? Nonsense!, you say.

By the way, wasn’t it “supposed” to be raining here, all weekend?
