I can only assume this “resident” attends all the functions at the OSCC, it’s dues are current, and it didn’t have any intention to add a write-in candidate for the Board of Trustees (since you can’t anyway).

Great picture Gary! Was he learning to use the twig to get seed out of someone’s bird feeder??
