What’s the scariest thing you’ll do today? Mine: Talk to the Ocean Shores Finance Director, re the ramifications of this year’s reasssesment.

*Also, already this a.m.: I slept in, coffee machine broke, Internet crashed and I had a voicemail from Pancho about some Hunter-S.-Thompson-by-the-sea scenario . . .

If it was Hunter S. Thompson, Fear and Loathing, then he must have been asking about the 4th of July fireworks in Ocean City! Maybe some of Thompson did not get launched when he was sent into space!

I LOVE Friday the 13ths. In my life, I’ve gotten news of a better & higher paying job, have had two winning lottery tickets ($120 total), and asked my husband-to-be out on our first date.

Gotta buy more lottery tickets today!
