Westport seal released in O.S.
Remember the seal pup that a couple visiting Westport found on the beach, and took back to their motel bathtub? The Seattle Times has the story on the seal’s rehabilitation and, two months later, release into the Ocean Shores bay. Over on this side, we know not to mess with the wildlife, right?

i remember this story and i was devestated when i heard about it! most of you all have seen my seal pup photos and i ALWAYS gave them the respect they deserved, never even leaving my car to get the photos. thats what zoom on the camera is for! i understand it can be heart breaking to see them all alone on the beach but its ok, thats what the moms do and barring perditors, they will be fine.
