Still no LID “Final Assessment” posted
The folder on the City’s Web site (in File Pro) was created on Aug. 10, one week ago. And it’s still empty. The “Final Assessment,” or bill, for each property is expected any day now, any day. . . .

well, after hearing Sept 5th from NCN online, then from local city gov. I heard perhaps (?) Sept 10th….lol, so will believe it when I see it!

However, tomorrow always turns into today.

No more Sultan? Former Planning Commissioner Bart Dalmasso and Sultan business owner Kay George, are leading a charge to disincorporate the city of Sultan, saying that the city government has become expensive and unnecessary.
Could it be that this small government is not supporting the middle class and that is why there is a petition to revert back to county, state, and federal taxes only?
