Post your PV #3 sign comments here
Love them or hate them? Crude, or brilliant? (or both?) Note: some people went off a deep-end tangent on this from the July 4/fireworks posting, so here is the spot for all your PV commenting needs.

Maybe the city could hire Sweetie from Tom’s This Week in the North Coast News. She can mow and fertilize. Just watch your step if you walk in OS. I know they have a “clean up dog nuisance rules” but what about horses in town?
i think the mow strip would be the same as the length of the blade on the mowing machine they use to cut along the streets and roadways. but it appears that only the areas that tourists see are getting mowed this year.
City right of way, yes, but not in the “mow-strip” (per city sign ordinance.)
The big problem is just figuring out where the “mow-strip” is on a great many of our streets.
He is probably more “for real” than you know. Traditional campaigns just give you lip service. He is a grass roots candidate. As to being on their property, the city right of way is where the signs can be legally placed. That is where he has been placing them. Sort of like all those other signs we see around town. Maybe we can get a forum to hear his views and Mr. Carter’s views. Tom??
look like they were made from the outside of a box.
I find them original and outside the box…Just wish they were more obvious that it’s for real….
maybe folks don’t really see them as “for real” campain signs and do not take him seriously. i sure don’t.
Most likely because I think he just sticks them where ever he pleases, and some people do not care to have a sign on their property.
Strange that he is having the same problem that the Library PAC says they are having with political signs. He has indicated that people are knocking them down all over the place.
Well, I can see this is really taking off!
PV’s signs show creativity and use of available assets. That is way different from the traditional venue here. If he can get people thinking about what they are voting for and not just party verbage, then great. Now days we hear only the party lines. It is like watching old British vs. Revolutionary wars. They just line up and fire volley after volley. Both end up shot to heck and still we get no change. Both sides have a vacuum of ideas.
