1 bag of weed + 1 loaded gun

From the Ocean Shores Police Dept., details on a bust this morning:

On February 5, 2010 at 8:00 AM a 47 year old Moses Lake man was arrested for possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle, possession of marijuana, failure to have an ignition interlock device, and driving while license revoked 1st degree. Sergeant Don Grossi conducted a routine traffic stop on the vehicle in the parking lot of the Best Western Hotel. He discovered that the driver had a revoked drivers license due to being a habitual traffic offender. The driver was arrested and a loaded .38 revolver was located underneath the front seat of the passenger vehicle along with marijuana in a fanny pack near the drivers seat. The driver was booked at Ocean Shores Police Department and then issued several criminal citations with a court date to appear in Ocean Shores Municipal Court.

Ed. note: No, he didn’t get his gun back. Nor his “happy sack” . . .

lol “Happy Sack” OS has a court room? Where is it hidden? I’ve lived here for 7 years and I still don’t know what all this town has. :p

Sounds like an upstanding citizen, the gun wasn’t his, the grass wasn’t his and he does not know how he got behind the wheel.
