The Best Defense seems to be the show to watch these days…

There are no secret meetings. There are just discussions between individuals and staff or the mayor. Then there is the council meetings where what was discussed is discussed. The open meetings laws only apply to decisions really. It limits how many can meet individually. However, it does not limit the one on one discussion of an issue.
Maybe John Lynn was right. We need more public committee meetings to have these discussions held publicly to hear the rational each participant is using to make the decisions they are making. Then there would be true transparency and an improved trust. May I suggest using Chance A La Mer where there are going to be new lights to expose those evil rumors.
i just googled it. sounds interesting. maybe we should start a local version. nothing wrong with shaking the tree and watching what, or who, falls out. oh, this is the local version.
Yes!

Squeeky, have you been watching Jesse “The Governor” Ventura’s “Conspiracy Theory” show on Trutv?

I am tired of allegations and rumor about secret meetings. I have not and would not violate knowingly any portion of the Open Meetings law. If you have any evidence of any such meetinmg, please provide it. If not, I resent the attack on my personal integrity.
this high wind is most likely caused by our city council at an unannounced secret meeting.
