Bravo, John Lynn

Without an opponent to challenge him, John Lynn didn’t seem to have many concrete ideas, other than generalities, in his campaign.

Well, the new councilman came out blazing, Monday night. In a brief, well-worded introductory speech, he hit on some key problems, and made a a few suggestions for council to be thinking ahead, and moving forward.

I’ll ask him for a copy of the speech.
