What are they doing when there are not 20 foot waves and there are no tourist on the levy? That was what was observed. Do you know about those times? Once again you spoke about what someone else saw and tried to tell them what they saw. You have your one observation, when the waves were high and tourist were on the levy. I wonder.

Hi Mark,

Those that were freaking out about the cops sitting at the jetty…this is exactly what they were doing then.

Maybe they will be concerned that the folks are watching them and will complain again and maybe they won’t be down at the jetty doing their job this time.

Let’s hope they do their job in spite of what some say and think.

I think the old adage “you can’t tell a book by it’s cover” applies here. We seem to decry things we know little if anything about, just becasue it might not look right to us.
