Suggested at yesterday’s Readers Input Group (a.k.a. “Rig the Paper”) meeting. Due to a MAJOR SECURITY BREACH, councilman Bob Crumpacker, disguised as Randy Peck’s nephew, somehow snuck into the meeting . . . Oh, that’s right, it’s open to everybody, even folks “on the payroll.”
