Maybe if you are that concerned about prepardness then you could move out of town!!! Quit complaining.
typhoon party, tsunami party, what’s the difference?
Have a readiness kit, a full tank of gas and knowledge of where there is high ground and probably you will be killed in an auto accident instead of by a tsunami. Your call
That is if there is a road to drive on. You should figure a route to high ground walking. You and the 5000 plus other people have the same idea. Look at Houston and other cities getting away from a hurricane. Then imagine having less time and fewer roads. Hogan’s Corner is 50 feet high. Other areas in the city are 15 to 20 feet high. I suggest you look at the FEMA Flood map to plot your escape route. By the way, if you looked at the article on the front of the NCN, you would see that a previous EQ caused the city to drop 3 to 5 feet. We are on sand. Liquifaction is a fact for us. Otherwise you will have to say, Get an afterlive.
take pt brown rd to hwy 115. stop at corner. turn right after signalling. guess what, you are now out of town. is that too hard for you? get a life.
we simply can’t get out of town
i think the samoans have more to worry about than a roundabout. you know, like bodies in trees, under houses, floating up on the beach and likely to show up in some more odder places. also they probably will have no access to potable water for months and no way to get food delivered. so joan, what’s so bad about a stinkin’ little roundabout?
I bet the Samoans didn’t have to worry about a roundabout.
