Where is everyone?
Rough day on the west side: Ocean Shores Boulevard closed IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. Chance a la Mer in front of the Convention Center closed. Beach Approach closed. Hotel, restaurant and retail parking lots nearly empty.

The business owners are now trapped on a river with unfriendly individuals around them. Deliverance will be ahead, only after additional pain and suffering.
So instead for closing one direction of OS Blvd from Chance to Cuddy Ct, they’ve decided to close both, I asked the flagman who dreamed up this brilliant idea, He shrugged and said, and I quote,

Is it just me or does anyone else hear a rendition of dueling banjos coming from the building just north of the Shell and some building slightly northwest of Anchor Bank?
