Hundreds of ladies hit town

From the Ocean Shores Convention Center:

ALERT – Saturday Lunch Rush – ALERT 

 This coming weekend we are hosting the Northwest Women’s Conference.  

As of Wednesday there are 600 (yes, six-hundred) women registered & a staff of 30.  

There are 250 box lunches pre-paid and the rest of the group, (close to 400 people) are ON THEIR OWN for all other meals.  We anticipate a lunch rush between 11:30AM and 2:00PM this Saturday.

Friday – September 18, 2009

3:00 pm ALONGSIDE High Tea*  (Pre-Reg required)

4:30 pm Registration Opens

6:30 pm Doors Open

7:00 pm Conference Begins (Session 1)

Saturday – September 19, 2009

8:30 am Doors Open

9:00 am Conference Begins (Session 2)

11:30 am – 2:00 pm Lunch Break

11:45 am CLIMB Leadership Luncheon* (Pre-Reg required, 250 box lunches total)

2:00 pm Session 3

4:30 pm Conference Ends

This is a fantastic opportunity to show the women how delightful a visit to Ocean Shores can truly be.  We hope their experience will be a positive one, so they return to see us for a vacation, sometime in the future.

So try to ignore the road construction headaches and put on a smile by thinking happy thoughts of those sidewalks we will be enjoying next year at this time.  J
