Everything is rigged, right? So why not be part of rigging the paper? Readers Input Group (or Readers Interest Group, or Readers Incensed Group, or just RIG) begins tomorrow: Thursday, Sept. 10, 10 a.m. At the Ocean Shores Library meeting room.
