Toast the Harbor in Ocean Shores

Toast the Harbor Food and Wine Festival is slated for October 10, 2009 from 2pm-9pm at the Ocean Shores Convention Center. The event has previously been held at the Quinault Beach Casino and Resort; it comes to Ocean Shores, due to a scheduling conflict.
