Another nice beach weekend

I and several other people in OS would like to know who did the planning for the road repair? They evidently didn’t know what they were doing. Why didn’t they do a section of OS at a time so people could get where they wanted to go? I live 5 minutes from the grocery store and it took me 30 min. to get there. I went north on canal to puffin where they said detour and got to the end of it and it said road closed. Then several cars are trying to turn around and go back. Ended up going south on canal to ocean lake way and north on point brown. Then you get to the 4 way and you can’t even get into the store. why don’t they use some sense and do what Hoquiam does and do the road work from 6pm to 6am? Very frustrated citizen.
