Mother says 14-year-old son came home with a knife. Mother says she “has since taken it away but son has been arguing non-stop about it. . . . Recalling to advise that son has the knife again and it out on the front yard. . . .Son found the knife at North Beach High two months ago . . . blade is 3 inches long. Mother tried to take it away from him but he is refusing to give it up. Not displaying it in any way. Father took the knife away and now son has it again. Is not threatening with it. Mother now advising that she has the knife again. Wants to have the deputy confiscate the knife so that son doesn’t take it again.”
