why a round-about? Why not build one of those gazebos, like in Bermuda, and put a stop light on it that rotates to each approach to the intersection. Time the light to stay green in each direction for about 30 seconds. It would be a lot less expensive and put Ocean Shores on the map of towns with a traffic signal.
