Good news: Fire rating improves
The Fire Rating for Ocean Shores improved from a “6″ to a “5.” What that could mean to you: better insurance rates. Probably a good idea to check with your insurance person.

Just got off the phone with State Farm. The underwriter told the local agent that the change in rating does not impact their customers. Maybe other companies will adjust their rates.
