Monday’s regularly scheduled City Council meeting at 6 p.m. will be preceeded by an “executive/closed session” at 5 p.m. This is the first time Mayor Dean Bunkers, who pledged a more open city government, has held a closed session. It will deal with collective bargaining and other labor issues.
