“Pecks” stick to your car, and follow you everywhere you go, no matter where you find yourself “pecks” are there.
I’m wondering where you got “pecks”. This stuff is nothing more than kelp that has broken free of its support. I could not find any reference to “pecks” as applied to kelp anywhere.
I agree. Kelp has a certain purpose in the ecosystem. Pecks are just slimy with no inherent purpose whatsoever…
